Meet the McCarthy's
Meet the McCarthy's! Nick, Colby, Finn and Harper. Nick and Colby are high school sweethearts, starting their life together at seventeen years old. Now, after ten years of marriage, they have two amazing children to share their lives with. Originally, the McCarthy family was from California but made the life change and moved to Middleton Idaho.
Nick, worked as a Cop in the SF/Bay Area for the Daly City Police Department for nine years. Nick's career was unique in a sense, partially due to the area in which he worked but mainly because of the Police Department he belonged to.
High crime area's coupled with a Police Department culture which promoted vigorous work ethics motivated by taking bad people to jail, was what Nicks career was.
He found himself in crime suppression positions for his patrol teams, worked Gang Task Force, multiple plain clothes positions for both surveillance and street work and ultimately achieving his goal of a K9 Handler.
Nick has been involved in investigations ranging from petty theft to homicide. Nicks attention to detail, proactive police work and ability to make the right decisions under stressful circumstances made him the cop he was.
Colby, was a Police 911 Dispatcher in Sonoma County for the Petaluma Police Department for five years. Colby brought the same attention to detail and the same ability to make the right decision under stressful circumstances.
These key attributes contributed to Colby becoming a trainer (CTO), as well being trusted to maintain the maping and special situations portion of her departments CAD system.
Colby's experience as a Police 911 Dispatcher ranges from civil disputes, protests, active in progress felony crimes, homicide and critical incidents. Colbys experience from the Dispatcher side of Law Enforcement is one of The Code 33 Project's secret weapons! The McCarthy family strives to uphold the American family values. They enjoy family time, camping, fishing, side by siding, dirt bikes and everything else Idaho has to offer!
Our Vision
We envision the Cop every community should have. The one who shows up for every shift motivated to take bad people to jail. The Cop who is professional when they need to be but a savage when necessary. The one who finds themselves in violent situations but has the ability to make the right decision.
The Cop who can be trusted and operates with the up most integrity. The one who understands the art of discretion. We envision a Cop who dedicates themselves to being an asset and stands firm through all adversity.
